- Provide training for accounting department personnel

- Facilitate business planning meetings
- Develop and update cash flow projections and business plan projections
- Maximize business value through an operational audit

Funding:
- Locate new sources of debt financing
- Prepare for and attend meetings with outside lenders and investors
- Assist in restructuring debt with existing creditors

Transactions:
- Orchestrate a merger, acquisition or joint venture
- Oversee acquisition due diligence
- Prepare the Company for sale

|
Human Resources:
- Conduct Executive searches for financial managers
- Interface with outside auditors or tax advisors
- Assist in negotiating contracts with other product or service providers

|

|
Owner and Board of Director Services:
- Perform a Marketplace Position Assessment
- Develop a Succession Plan
- Act as the Financial Advisor to the Board of Directors
