Consulting CFO

Accounting and Control:

  • Review monthly or quarterly financial statements for negative and positive trends; make recommendations
  • Provide training for accounting department personnel
  • Design “bottom up” management information systems
     

Financial Management:

  • Facilitate business planning meetings
  • Develop and update cash flow projections and business plan projections
  • Maximize business value through an operational audit


 

Funding:

  • Locate new sources of debt financing
  • Prepare for and attend meetings with outside lenders and investors
  • Assist in restructuring debt with existing creditors

 

 

Transactions:

  • Orchestrate a merger, acquisition or joint venture
  • Oversee acquisition due diligence
  • Prepare the Company for sale

 

 

Human Resources:

  • Conduct Executive searches for financial managers
  • Interface with outside auditors or tax advisors
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with other product or service providers

 

Owner and Board of Director Services:

  • Perform a Marketplace Position Assessment
  • Develop a Succession Plan
  • Act as the Financial Advisor to the Board of Directors
